[SOLVED] Game image freeze when full screen, Mouse/audio working

Whenever i go fullscreen I'll force my game to uncap fps and go beyond 60fps which makes my game image freeze. The audio is still there and i can move my mouse and press on stuff freely. Does anyone know a quick and good way to resolve this issue?
specs:
ryzen 1600x
radeon rx 480 8gb
60hz monitor

Don't know if this is the case but apparently this happens with radeon's enhanced sync version 19.12.2, for anyone that have the same problem.

solution is to UNINSTALL 19.12.2 and reinstall 19.12.1,,, the new version is broke and Enhanced Sync has been crashing many PCs.. only solution is to roll back to older driver.. but do a proper uninstall of all AMD Radeon software, then reinstall 19.12.1 or earlier

its been since fixed and the newest AMD software works flawlessly (from what I can tell) the 2020 release fixed the bug with Enanced Sync.
