game image freezes but still hear its sound and pc running fine

so i've lost my GPU Rx 460 and i switched to intel HD 4600 and every game i play freezes in image only but it's running and i can control the game and hear sound of movements and footsteps even (MINECRAFT) freezes and i can control pc can (alt + tap) then switch again to frozen game

ps, every game runs on likely 60fps

pc build:
MB : z-97 G1 sniper killer gaming motherboard
Processor : intel core I7-4790k
SSHD : seagate 2 TP
RAM : 8GB (2*4 kingstone)

When you say you "lost your GPU" did it go bad? Is it out of the computer fully so you are only running on the onboard video? Is anything overclocked? Did you check system temps? The onboard video should not be locking up on you unless there was some hardware issues, RAM can cause this since it's using shared RAM with the system, also check for a driver update from the motherboard vendor or possibly directly from Intel.

yes i've fully removed it ,
CPU temp :45 - 55 C
internal gpu (intel HD 4600) temp: 50-55 C
i've the most updated driver for intel graphics driver released supported for my HD 4600
also it was not up to date and i updated it 3 days ago and still the games freeze
the only game that doesn't freeze is (League of legends) it stops about 5 secs (exact 5 secs) then black screen then game continues
