Question Game is lagging

Hi, i have a PC with a i3 9100f and a GTX 1070. I also have 16 GB of ram. Most games is good and feels nice to play, but when it comes to fortnite, the game i play the most its horribel. The frames is dropping a little bit, but most of the time over 135. But still the game feels like crap. In creative the game is smooth and nice, but when i hop in to a normal ingame match its unplayable. I really need help with This problem, and thank you for helping. ( i know it might be bottleneck, but i cant afford new parts atm)

Nope, i have never over 20 Ping
Its just bad fps and lag. I watched a video of someone playing with same specs and they had like 230 fps.
