Game is running at 60 fps but is NOT smooth !

Hi guys i have gaming pc but games run not smoothly even old one like 😛es 2010 . pes 2011 . fifa 11 call of duty black ops ... and more
fps is on 60 but game lag too much not playble
i tried to turn off vsync and still lag
cpu/gpu temps is : 30 to 44
My specs are :
i7 2.6 ghz
gtx 750 ti 2gb gddr5
8 gb 2133 ghz
500 gb
windows 8

please i need a solution

What do you mean by not smooth. Is your fps dropping? Check your background apps while your playing, they could cause problems. And make sure your in fullscreen not in windowed, that could stop smooth fps also. And the Hz on your monitor could cause problems. Try and use vsync again and look for any screen tearing or if your games smooth again.

Use Speccy to get more details on your computer. "i7 2.6ghz" tells me nothing. The Intel i7 line goes all the way back to 2008.
