Game is studdering

Everytime im playing destiny. In the middle of gameplay it keeps studdering and sometimes freezes completely.
I have two 1080TI but SLI not enabled
2 of 16 gig of ram
Cpu 7700k
.
I've updated bios not sure what the deal is.

Any other suggestions??

Update graphics drivers.

Have task manager open while playing, see if anything spikes, stuttering usually happens when something is reaching 100%
