Question Game keeps crashing

I recently upgraded to a MSI RTX 2070 and I added a corsair h115i pro water cooling system to my pc build. Im running 8gb ram with a i5 processor I believe 4570k. Everytime I go to play call of duty, usually what I play the most, my game crashes within 10 minutes of playing and when I play warzone its just all laggy and freezing then crashes.

my current specs are:
Rtx 2070
H115i water cooler
8gb ram
Hard drive not SSD
I5 processor
Gigabyte motherboard
Extreme 600W powersupply

I have a feeling that its time to upgrade the powersupply and get a 16gb ram but any thoughts on what can be causing this?
