Hi All,

Since I rebuilt my PC in the summer last year upon the release of new Ryzen 3 and Rx5700 I've found quite a few issues around lag spikes and generall instability/crashing when playing games.
I'm coming from having Intel I7 & GTX 770 where I had virtually 0 issues with crashing or lag spikes etc.

When playing demanding titles such as COD War Zone, COD Cold War, GTA V I find I get stutters and lag spikes very often which often makes the gaming experience unenjoyable.
I tend to play on 1440p and mid settings which I feel my system should be able to handle, but even then if I bump down to 1080p the stutters remain.

I've tried reinstalling Windows on a new NVME SSD, reinstalling drivers etc. monitored temperatures and underclocked my GPU which none really help

My specs are the below

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD RX 5700
RAM: 16GB HyperX Predator @ 3200Mhz
Mobo: Aorus X570 AORUS ELITE
PSU: Corsair CX750m 80 Plus Bronze

Any advice around troubleshooting and steps to help with the stability would be appreciated
