Game lag while moving mouse ingame

Hey, I am having some problems with my mouse movement in games like League of Legends, osu! and Fortnite. For example, in League of Legends, I turned all my settings down and i can do everything i want (press all my buttons use abilities and stuff like that) and it runs smothly but if i start moving my mouse my fps are going from 122 down to 16. I reinstall my mouse driver and looked up for some malware but i didnt find one.
