Game lag with Vsync on screen terring with vsync of

Hey guys can any of you help me I’m having an issue with my monitor. It’s a LG 23MP68VQ 23-Inch IPS it’s a freesync monitor I’m having lag issues in the game by having free sync on. By disabling it it creates a input lag and the game is unplayable I don’t know what do to . When I’m using free sync my FPS is kept at 75all the time and when I play gta sometimes it drops to 67 for example that makes a huge lag . When I have free sync of. I get up to 144fps and It makes a huge input lag .what do I do I turn it off or on but none work for me. My fiend has a 144hz monitor and he doesn’t have any issues with the monitor +he uses fresync of

Ryzen 1600x
Ram 16 gb 2666
Windows 10 on a 128 ssd

I'm guessing your friend has an AMD graphics card which supports freesync. Your Nvidia does not so I'm thinking you need to turn off Freesync and turn on Vsync
