game lagging problem :(

my games run smooth the first 30 minutes then starts lagging what should i do?

windows 10 pro 64-bit
intel core i7
8gb ram
nvidia geforce gtx 660 2gb

So, it is a Laptop that you have? Change the Default GPU to Nvidia and Check the the CPU and GPU stats while in-game (use AfterBurner)
