Game Laggy when stream/video is playing on 2nd monitor

Okay so i just bought a new 144hz monitor, and i have a 2nd 60hz Benq monitor. When i have a stream/video playing on the 2nd monitor, My game on my main monitor feels laggy or loss of hertz? i really dont know how to explain it but im not losing any frames its just simply laggy. If anyone has a fix for this id really appreciate it! :^)

I've updated all the newest drivers on both monitors and gfx card!

Sometimes playing games in windowed mode helps. Some games support fake fullscreen or windowed boarderless mode to look like full screen.

See if that helps any.

You also have some multi display options in your control panel that may or may not help. I honestly switch off other screens when gaming.
