Game lags after making a few changes by watching youtube

I just installed assassin's creed syndicate on my PC ,but it worked with a lag. So,I watched some YouTube videos and made some changes but after making those changes,my other games are also lagging.. please help me
My laptop specs are:
Dell inspiron 15 5500
Graphics:AMB Radeon R5 M335 4096mb
HDD :2TB
Intel core I7-6500U CPU @2.5GHz 2.60GHz
OS:windows 10 home

You made "some changes", undo those changes. Your system is not really setup for gaming, the video card is not a gaming class card.
