Game Lags But i have good internet

I have these specs on my internet
Download: 16mbps
Upload: 6 mbps
Ping: 29ms
my gaming laptop easily runs any game full graphical setting 60 Fps+ so it isnt that.
it has dual 780m and 2.90Ghz processor 16gb ram so im sure its not fps lag.
i have looked at all different types of fixes, and the only place it doesnt do it is at my nannas where i get 80 mbps+
i do wireless but when using ethernet next to no difference.

It lags on most games I do a weird jump forward, mostly does it on Titanfall and Smite.

This is why I don't understand as one of my freinds came round recently with his laptop and we both played titanfall he wasn't lagging but I was.

any ideas i am stumped and am getting really pissed of about it all i put one up abit ago and no good answers came to rise.

have you checked for any programs that are running in the background? one of them might be using your internet, or anyone else in the house that might be downloading some stuff

I normally have Skype open but it still dose without, but I still don't understand why my freinds is fine, it's just my ping isn't that bad 60-110 but it acts like I'm really lagging

And it still dose even when no one is in the house
