Question Game lags but rebooting solves it?

I am currently running 3 monitors, 240hz and two 60hz. I normally play games at full screen while having some sort of things running on the side, eg Youtube or BlueStacks 4 (Android emulator) For some reason after running the game (main screen) / computer for a while the game on the 240hz screen will start to have lags and stutters. FPS doesnt drop, its stable at 220 or 240 depending on the map and the temps arent bad either. 50c-60c full load. Restarting the game does not fix these stutters however restarting the computer does. I am wondering if there is something to do with my ram being releasing properly? The thing is that I know my computer can handle this with ease and the problem only kicks in after I alt tab a few times or run the computer for a while, I have no idea how to exactly replicate this but restarting the computer everytime is not really a permanent solution. Please, any insights or help will be appreciated

Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to view system performance.

Look for some resource that is okay and verify that there are no problems when not gaming.

Leave the monitoring window open and play as usual. Watch for some bottleneck that develops. Or some other performance indicator that correlates with the lags and stutters.

If nothing turns up: power down, unplug the computer and check that all cables and components are fully and firmly seated. Things creep loose over time and expansion may be now causing a problem. Once cooled down all is well again for awhile.

Note: Take the opportunity to clean inside the case if cleaning is necessary.

I am looking at the resource monitor but I dont know what to look out for. Right now I am having this problem, can you take a look at my screenshot and tell me if something is wrong?

I noted a big spike in Disk and Network activity. Open those tabs and see what is using or grabbing the resource.

Diagnosing/What to do: Scale back.

Limit the applications being launched at Start up.

Do not open any additional applications via the desktop.

Start with as basic a configuration as you can - just enough to play Rainbow 6.

Determine if you can get past the "few hours" mark without problems.

Then add an app or background task and proceed accordingly.

The objective is to identify some load level where the lags begin and/or one particular app that causes the lags to begin.

Likely a resource bottleneck,

And remember you can use those small arrows in the header columns to sort the data. Makes it much easier to identify the high % values - especially if the values keep changing.

Does take time and effort - no need to immediately react to any given finding and start changing things.
