Game (LoL) will not open! Help?

So here's the deal:
As soon as I click my League of Legends icon to open patcher/client I get the error shown in attached pics. This is on a new pc I've had only for a couple months. I've opened League dozens of times with no problem. The only thing that changed between this attempt and the last is my installing antivirus. I tried disabling it and it didn't help. So I uninstalled it and it didn't help. So I uninstalled League and deleted all League folders and downloaded the installer again. Same error. Before the Patcher even opens to finish downloading the initial Patch/Install the error comes up.
The only other thing I can think of is just reinstalling the entire OS which I'd really preffer not to... HELP! Please?

Go to (http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html) and (https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) get the free version. Install them. Use it to uninstall LoL. Then run the CC cleanup and the CC Reg. cleanup. I bet there are left over files and reg. items still there. Once clean you should be good to go.

Thanks for the attempt Dogsnake- I downloaded the programs and ran them as instructed- then did a hard reset for good measure before downloading the game again. Same error message...

Hey WAX try this:



"I fixed it by going straight to my League of Legends folder, and running "lol.launcher.admin.exe" instead of using the desktop shortcut."

Thanks for the advice; I ended up just re-installing Windows last night though and that solved it. Wasn't super bad since my pc is relatively new and all my bigger files are on a separate hard drive. Thank you both for the responses, though!
