Hi,
I recently started to experience to me that my game micro lags every 3 seconds. GPU usage always drop from like 80 to 60 and then back to 80. (+ I cant even get past 100 fps in GTA V all low setting.)

Here you can see the gpu load drops when the lags occurs
and demo video:

My pc: CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4060 GAMING OC 8G
RAM: HyperX Predator DDR4 32GB (4x 8GB) 2733MHz

Is that a power unit from a Czech company named, "Eurocase" ?

If so, then we have never about this PSU brand, so mostly likely this is a local company and not a reputed PSU brand. This cheap and poor quality PSU might be the cause of your game lag/stutter, and/or poor performance.

I'm also not sure who is the OEM of this particular Eurocase unit, but nonetheless, this isn't a PSU model meant to be paired with some mainstream gaming discrete GPU, like your RTX 4060 card, IMO. Could be a generic PSU.

For most iGPU/integrated graphics systems, it shouldn't pose much of a risk, but definitely not recommended for powerful discrete GPUs.

Better get a decent HIGH quality, and a reliable PSU model from a reputed and well known brand. Never skimp on the PSU, since this is the MOST important component. I can't stress this enough.

Yeah, it's a Czech company. Kinda cheap PSUs.
But, I can see that it's able to supply my gpu, at max watts all the time, just maybe not stable?
But I'll buy sometime a better one as you said.

Also, can we deny that is is some sort of CPU or software related? I can't see any spikes in task manager when this happens.

maybe the +12 Voltage can be the problem?
but I mean, 9,8V is just too low isnt it?
