Question Game minimising on launch

Windows 10 Pro
Ryzen 5 2600
RX580 8gb

This happens with 2 games I have out of 43 they are Tony Hawks HD and Rugby 08.

It only happens when they launch in fullscreen.

They don't have an option for window mode. (I did manage to run them in window mode which worked but it's shit and I don't want that).

When launching it runs/sounds/looks fine for about 2 seconds then minimises.
If I re-open it runs another 2 seconds fine then minimises again.

I've tried everything and the only solution I've found is by pressing any button on the keyboard at the same time as it's opening. (Found this by accident trying alt/enter).
Then all works completely fine absolutely no issues. (I just want a proper fix).

Tried all compatibility's etc run admin

I've actually started to consider the thought of triggering a command to press keyboard button on game launch but that's just ridiculous.
I don't know how and can't be bothered trying to find out.

Did you do any research about those games and running on Windows 10? Especially 64 bit? Really if you found a way to get them working, using that way is not too bad. I find that trying to fix an issue that is not really that bad of an issue can lead to other things breaking more often than finding a fix.
