Game minimizes / ALT TABS on it's own

Hey Guys,

I have really become annoyed with my games they keep minimizing when I am playing. I don't have anything running in the task bar and the little widows "hour glass circle spinning thing spins next to the mouse like it's thinking when it happens. I thought the keyboard an mouse was invoking it, but when I was sitting at a loading screen I didn't even have my hands on either and it did it. So I think something else is causing it?

Intel Rapid Storage Technology
Kaspersky Internet Security
Logitech Gaming Software
Steam

Is there any programs which will monitor what is causing this?

Not sure if this will help or not... but every single time I experienced this... it was because of my internet connection.

I'm playing fallout 4 not online. I also don't have any ISP stability issues.
