Game not running at full grAphic why ?

hi guy i own a i7 intel running window 7

processor intel(R) core(TM) i7 -2670QM CPU @2.20GHz

64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM

AND I OWN NEPOLIAN TOTAL WAR RECOMMENDED SYSTEM REQ ARE

PROCESSOR 2.0 INTEL DUEL CORE OR 2.6 SINGLE CORE

VIDIO CARD 512MB MIN VIDEO CARD IS 256MB

I CAN ONLY GET MEDIUM GRAPHICS SETTING OUT OF IT DOSE MY HEAD IN

seems to me that you use the integrated graphics on the mainboard.if you intend to game,you will have to get a dedicated graphics card.

if you don't wish to do so you might also try gaming a the lowest resolutions with lowest settings

Graphics are dependent on the graphics card. The higher quality you want the more powerful graphics card you need.

What is your graphics card? You only provided the amount of RAM the graphics card uses.

If you are simply using the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics core, then that is your issue. The at graphic core is only about as powerful as a desktop Radeon HD 5450 graphics card which is low end.

Before you ask, you cannot upgrade the graphics card in a laptop for the vast majority of laptops (99%+). The ones that can be upgraded as specifically designed to play games and they generally cost at least $1,500+. Additionally, not all of those expensive gaming laptops are upgradeable. Only specific models are and you need to check before buying one.
