Im having a 144 fps stable and a 144 hz monitor and the game doesnt seem smooth like the smoothness i see in streams and youtube videos althought theyre capped to 60 fps but it seems more smooth than my stable 144 fps i searched for this and got a suggestion to cap my fps 2 below my fps (142 fps in my case) and no difference and i checked my frametime using msi afterburner and its stable no overheating nothing
and sometimes when i look in somewhere empty in a game it becomes smooth and when i look in a heavy builded area its not smooth even the fps is constant 144 fps and no frametime difference
specs:
Rtx 2060 super oc
hyperx 1*16 gb ram 2600 mhz oc to 3000 mhz
Amd ryzen 2700 3.6ghz
Msi A320 A pro max
Corsair VS650 w

One issue can be the single 16gb stick of ram. Another issue maybe that your frames are 144hz's but is the monitor set to 144hz??? No monotor sold higher then 60hz auto sets to high frames you have to enable it.
