It probably does, but they have bigger fish to fry. I'm on Comcast and
occasionally run a co-op server for about 4 people for a maximum of about 12
hours at a time. Games include Q2, Unreal and Doom (ports). I've done this
over the past 5 years and haven't heard a peep from Comcast. It doesn't
take up a lot of bandwidth.
