Question Game play On PS3 goes into slow motion

i heard consoles never hand/freeze but i m facing this problem in my ps3, while playing games ps3 becomes just slow no hang/freeze
while i have xbox360 too and games are working on it fine not freeze or slow, where both consoles have same configuration.

The problem i faced most in WWE 2K16 and WWE 2K17, when 6 or more players come in the ring console becomes slow.

how to solve this problem? what kind of setting must be setted in system and graphic setting ?

You probably have a failing PlayStation 3 Which would not be surprising considering their age

Consoles do not have PC issues like this so this means failure in the hardware. If this is a game that used to work fine it doesn’t then you can bet your boots it’s the hardware
