I'm trying to record Titanfall 2 on my pc but when I view the video file it sometimes plays at less than 1 fps despite obs saying that it's recording at 20-30 fps and the actual game playing 60 fps
My specs
i5 7500
R9 380
8 gb 2133 mhz kingston ram
Seagate firecuda 2tb

How do you upload pics? My res is 1080p and my bit rate on the stream is 1000 (and my recording settings are set to same as stream).

You can try OBS since it's free:

And here's how to set it up for local recordings, as well as use multiple audio tracks if you desire.

And to set it up for Twitch:

And to get it setup for Youtube streaming:

And optimizing it for Youtube:

Your bit rate is too low to record at 1080 60fps. Try a bit rate of around 8000 for recording. If it starts dropping frames lower it by 500 each time until it stops dropping them. That should help bring the vid quality and your recording FPS back in line. If it can handle 8000 and you're happy with it than you can leave it there. I record at 1080 60FPs and record at a bit rate of 15000. Not sure it needs to be that high but I record for YouTube and that's what they recommend.

I haven't had much time to test due to it being assignment time in Australia but I have gone down to a bitrate of 6000 and set Overwatch settings to low. I have also set obs's priority to high and obs displays what is happening on my main screen at 60 fps as well. My cpu usage stays well under 100% and my gpu usage although spiking to 100% (which happens all the time), it is not consistently at near 100%. It still however ends up giving me less than 1 fps in the final file. I don't know much about recording but I find it odd that Overwatch can remember my play of the game and replay it, yet obs can't do the same.
