Game Redeem Location

I recently bought an ASUS STRIX GTX 970 and redeemed "Tom Clancy's The Division".

I have to play it on PC but I can't download it there.
I have a Laptop where I can download it easily. While I try to DOWNLOAD the game from UPLAY it says "INSTALLING" on the Top Bar.

Now my question is that Can I download the game on LAPTOP and then COPY/MOVE it to PC to play online Legally or I have to download it on PC?

We can't help you, you need to contact Micro Center. If the GTX 970 was purchased second-hand then you probably won't be able to redeem the code.

No it wasn't second hand at all.
I purchased it fresh.
