Game run properly in windows 7

I recently downloaded an old game that i used to play last year, but apparently when it's in full screen it does not run properly. And it lags a lot. I know my system can run it very good without lag. My system can run assassin's creed and sims 3 at high graphics. And the game i am playing barely needs any gaming pc.

Wrestling MPire remix. In fact, all games from that website lag horribly, i don't know why but.

its because they are not efficiently made and I doubt that they were made on the same API that we use today like direct x 11.1 or 12 and Mantle. It will always struggle sadly, thats why games have years of development and work put into them to ensure this does not happen. It may work on some PCS but it will most likely struggle on others aswell due to the ineffective optimization and compatibility.
