Game runs 60PFS but looks like it's stuttering

Hello guys,

I played some BF4 on my PC lately, but ive got a bit of a problem
When I play a game at 60FPS, my game has not got the smooth 60FPS look on it.
My Vsync was turned on because if it's off, it even stutters more (which is obvious)
Here's my rig:
Processor: I5 4670K
GPU: GTX 760 MSI
Motherboard: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate
Monitor: H235H
I personally think it's my monitor but could you guys please giver your opinion?

Thank you very much, so this is why recordings look so much more smooth than actual live gameplay. This helped me out alot!
