Question Game runs smooth for a few minutes then fps drops drastically GTX 1650

I5-10400f
GTX 1650
8 GB RAM
256 SSD
1TB HHD

i have updated drivers, downloaded previous drivers, rollbacked updates, even reset my pc. nothing has worked please help!

game on the ssd?
ram and ssd usage?
what game? what resolution ?
brand and model of the psu?

Valorant - 1440 x 900
its on my ssd
gpu/cpu temp - 80 - 85 usage ranges about 70 and above
500w

Is it only when you play Valorant? I've heard that game has really weird problems.

nope its in every game even in roblox i get stable fps for a while then it goes really choppy and bad
ive used rivatuner statistics to look at my fps and im getting like 20 even on the lowest settings

Perhaps you are thermal throttling, gpu starts throttling at 74c i believe…

whats your psu?
