Question Game showing less fps and freezing

My specs r as follows:
i5 6402p
gtx 1050 ti
8 gb ram
gigabytes h110m s2 motherboard
400 watt psu

recently i m facing problem of game freezing and showing less fps.
Gta V and csgo r not even launching.
and other games like apex legend and far cry 4 r showing less fps and freezes and crash after some times.
as per suggestion i tried userbenchmark for issue.
previously it did read graphic card and show 28% as bench mark
but now it is unable to detect graphic card at all
result is :

CPU: - 58.5%
RAM: HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 C14 1x8GB - 40.9%
MBD: bin bin
see no graphic card detection

yes i tried DDu and other stuff like reinstalling drivers rolling back and updating.
But nothimg fixes it.

Make and model of the power supply?
[Open the case up and find the label on the unit, that info is there. Ex: Corsair TX550M]

Make sure the card is full seated in the slot - same goes for the pcie power cable(if your model required one).

Is the card also missing in Nvidia Control Panel?
What about Device Manager, under Display Adapters?

Was Windows updated around the time the problems started?
