The whole story is goes like this :
PC was not booting
Had to remove hard disk
Only ssd left( ssd 256 gb partioned into ~100gb for c drive and and ~156gb for another drive, game was previously installed on the ssd as well)
install game
game works fine till it starts lagging,movement of my mouse felt stuttery.
previously worked perfectly fine and with no problems, i even set the same exact video settings as before
basically after like 5 minutes into the game, the game starts lagging no clue why
Things i noticed:
cpu load was low(?) i dont remember how much was the load before but right now core 0 and 1 both are around 15-25
temperature of cpu - max 65 min 49(again i dont remember how it was prior to this)

Nvidia GT 610
Intel Core i3 3210 (Ivy Bridge)
4gb RAM
I do know my pc is low spec but the game worked perfectly fine before with relatively high fps (120-180)

- set power plan to balanced
- disabled antivirus
- closed all programs
- set priority to high
