Game stuttering/freezing for 200-600 milliseconds

Hey guys, every 30 seconds to 2 minutes my game (Counter Strike: Global Offensive) seems to freeze/stutter for 200-600 milliseconds. I don't know the cause of this problem, but it severely impacts my ability to play and enjoy the game. Any and all solutions would be appreciated, I have reinstalled and verified the game cache. I play the game at 1920x1080p low settings while holding a stable average of 150+ fps.
Some specs:
amd fx8320 8 core processor @3.5 GHz
gigabyte 990fxa ud3 motherboard
gtx 560 TI Video card
16 GB of RAM
64 bit system
