[SOLVED] Game stuttering on ssd and 12 gb ram

My specs are

12gb ddr4 2666mhz
i5-8300h
1050ti 4gb gddr5
240gb ssd
1tb 5400 rpm hdd

Assassins creed odyssey is stuttering randomly or when autosaving. i stored it in my ssd but it did not seem to help. my ram usage never gets past 75%

when gaming, my max cpu is 66c and 69c for gpu

Check the Toshiba ssd with crystal disk info
Seems to be really slow
