Hey guys I'm in desperate need for help since one of my games stutters a lot. And I'm wondering why since people with lower end pc does not have any problems with it. My setup:
CPU: i5 9600k OC to 4,8Ghz ( I have water cooler)
GPU: Gtx 1070 ti 8GB
RAM: 16GB(2x8) 3000 Mhz.
EVGA G2 as PSU (1000w).
144Hz Asus VG248QE monitor
Game installed on M.2
- Gamebar turned off
- Nvidia 3D settings favoring perfomance
- power settings => high performance
- game settings all on low.
- Game priority set on high
- All drivers up to date with driver booster 6
- Internet speed: 120mb/50mb (connected through cat 6 lan)
- Scanned for virus.
Monitoring temps and etc. with msi afterburner:

Can anybody tell me what's wrong and what can I do to fix this? thanks.
