Hello, currently im encountering Stuttering while playing games. This is so bad because whenever a sudden movement such as enemy jumps out of nowhere, my notebook will stutter.
I have look at the temperature, its running on 80-90c, so temperature is not the problems here bcause thermal throttling will occur when temperature of CPU reach 95c. Already undervolt to -140 btw using XTU.

I have tested 2 games which is PUBG( installed on ssd) and Forza Motorsport 7(install on hdd) . Both of this games have stuttering issue. Before this, all fine. But maybe this occur after i update my windows maybe ? not sure. Before this, I can play forza m7 with graphics maxed out without any stuttering.
For your information, this laptops comes with 4gb ram 2666mhz only. I managed to buy an used 4gb ram with the same frequency. The ram working fine because my laptop detects it. Is it possible that the used ram is causing this stuttering ? I already tried reinstall nvidia graphics driver using geforce experience, not working.
