Question Game stuttering

gamerock 3070ti 2025mhz 0.981mv
5600 4.7 all cores
kingston fury 32gb 3200mhz cl16 (4x8gb)
crucial p2 1tb
tuf b550m-plus
vinga vps gv2 850w

Bg3 stutters in some locations, what i'd call particularly cpu heave - lots fo corpses, people, objects etc. In other locations i get no stutters or very rarely. Futhermore cb2077 runs fine, with no stuttering

Also i remember metro exodus, was stuttering so much it was literally unplayable and atomic heart - constant freezes, no matter of settings

About bg3:
My only idea at this point is cpu bottleneck, at 1080p gpu never hits 100% usage, with 2160p dlss quality gpu usage dips in 80-90 smts, by cpu bottleneck logic i dont understand why game stutters in 2160p native, noticed no gpu usage dips. To note - between all resolution i get +- same 1% and 0.1%

I did ddu, updating drivers, roll back mobo bios, docp on, no docp, oc/no oc, capping gpu clock at smth like 1700~, reinstalling windows, vulcan/dx11, reassembling pc, trying different slots, occt vram test, memtest86 didnt to full ended at aprox 5h~. So far nothing did help

How old is the PSU in your build?

roll back mobo bios
Why did you roll back? You're supposed top update to the latest version. And clear the CMOS every time you updated to the latest version. What version are you currently on?

Psu is new, just not very good. Did a bios rollback cuz i tried to eliminate every possible cause of stutter, i cant afford to buy a new cpu now, just to test. Currently on 3002, latest bios
