[SOLVED] Game stutters not FPS related.

All my games have random stuttering some worse than others.

It isnt FPS related as ive checked all games can hit way beyond 60fps and the games all have a 60fps cap to match my monitors refresh.

It isnt radeon software related as ive even removed it and had only the driver installed.

It's so strange.....

Ive even noticed if i change my volume whilst in game the game will stutter for a few seconds then return to normal.

This also happens if i have spotify and change songs.

Not sure if the last two things are related to the onscreen display that happens with changing song or increasing volume.

Either way stuttering not FPS related all round

Any ideas ?>

You will need to provide more details such as your full PC specs including power supply make and model & what resolution plus games you are running.

Without the full computer specs then you won't be able to narrow down to what is causing these issues.

It could be a hard drive issue. I've had similar stutters due to a slow hard drive with my files on it. (Windows on an SSD is a huge improvement).
