Hello i was playing a game and suddenly my fps dopped from 120-140 to 11-12 before 2 years i owned the same game and was playing it on the same pc but i didn't have any fps issue why i do now?

What are your system specs (make/model of all components)?

What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load (like when gaming)?

so i've been using the same specs since 2 years ago when i first bought black ops 4 and it was completly fine then but now i reinstalled it and i have this problem since its like i can play at 120-140 fps but sadly my fps drops to 11-14 and then later my fps goes back up again and after a couple of minutes back down i tried to verify the game files scan my pc with mu antivirus still the same keep in mind tho that only happens with this games and i have a lot of games even newer ones like black ops cold war modern warfare and warzonne
