GameCube with PC?

So, I sill have a GameCube and some other TV things. I would like to use them on my PC. I know I need a TV tuner. Can someone please link a good TV tuner that would get the job done within a price rage of about $25.

This is the cheapest one that I could find.

However, you would also need an RF Modulator if you plan to connect more than one device at a time.

I am using windows 7 and people are saying that card does no support windows 7.

I saw many more reviews saying it works than the other way around.

Usually in those cases, the people saying it doesn't work are doing something wrong.
