Question Gamepad doesnt work after i changed my motherboards

Hello guys, i have this weird problem with my gamepad not working after i changed motherboad and my processor from Sabertooth x58 to ASRock h310-cvs.
Gamepad glows for a second or so when i plug it in USB slot but then turns off and no response.
Html5 tester says no gamepad connected. Gamepad is SVEN GC-250.

Did you check for USB configuration settings in BIOS?

Do other USB devices work in the "Gamepad's" USB port?

Does the Gamepad work in other USB ports on your computer?

Does the Gamepad work via other computers' USB ports?

Determine if the problems follows the Gamepad or stays with the computer.

Yeah sorry for not specifying, yes the USB slots that I tried were all in working order in BIOS and when I tried mouse, keyboard and usb sticks. Game pad itself is working on a laptop.

On the "new motherboard" system have you tried downloading, reinstalling, and reconfiguring the Game Pad drivers?

Be sure to download the drivers from the manufacturer's website.
