Gamepad vibration won't stop

I have a speedlink xeox pro usb, and use it on my PC.
I bought it yesterday and noticed that sometimes when I play Dark Souls when something triggers vibration, the gamepad doesn't stop vibrating untill something else triggers vibration again
Know what's wrong here?

others have had this issue and I Assume this is down to sub par build of the product it self.
