gamer/photoshop build questions (i7 3770 + gtx 660) - Opinion?

Hiya!
After using laptops for a long time I decided to finally build a good PC for mainly photoshop/illustrator/indesign/web work, which is also good for gaming (or the other way around 😛).
Finally decided on most of the parts (trying not to spend more than i have to), and I'd like to ask for opinion, and a few questions.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 LGA1155
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
SDD: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5"
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Elite 335 Upgraded ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: FSP Group 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V
Monitor: Dell U2312HM 23.0" Monitor

So my questions are:
- General opinion?
- Corsair RAM or Kingston? if so, which type (has like a million versions)
- Is it worth going for the GTX 660 DC2O or DC2T versions? or I can overclock it myself?
- Better idea for PSU? That part I couldn't really decide...
- Do I need the CPU cooler? I'm not planning to overclock, that's why I don't go for the 3770k version, so the default fan should be fine, right?

You're right that the cooler isn't necessary. RAM doesn't really matter. As for PSU, I'd recommend something Seasonic-built. So any Seasonic unit (obviously) or XFX. Generally looks like a solid setup!

By the way, the ASUS PB238Q and VG23AH can be had slightly cheaper and deliver faster pixel response. They're both IPS models like the U2312HM so you're not sacrificing image quality when you gain that speed and money.

Dell seems to be cheaper here (I am from Hungary, prices might be different). I had a chance to try one yesterday, I was pretty happy with the color and contrast.
As for the PSU, the company I'll order from has mainly FSP and Cooler Master PSU-s. Those any good?

FSP are a safer bet (unlike Coolermaster they do actually manufacture their own PSUs). Good thing you mentioned you're Hungarian - I assumed from the dollar prices on your PC Part Picker that you were American. And the Dell is a good choice! There's really very little difference, just though it was worth saving a few $s (but actually €s!) for a little more speed. Honestly though the Dell is an excellent monitor.
