Gameranger Port blocked from isp

Few days back i took a new connection , after that i can't use GameRanger , it shows that my firewall or router is blocking me from playing games. I don't use any router, just wired conenction directly to my PC. Tried literally everything, turned off firewall, antivirus etc .
I heard from a random guy tht he had the same problem with xbox and when he used a router the Upnp forwarded the ports automatically. So, if i use a router in my connection will it do the same for me? or it can only be fixed from the isp providers?

I am from Bangladesh, i use a local isp named khan air net retailer of eirtel services, but in ookla speedtest it shows summit communications :| ...

Well Bro...i have same problem..and yes its from internet ISP..coz i was connecting to network which dont block Gameranger..so it depends on isp..and the once solution for ur problem is to installing or using VPNS...and better one is HOTSPOT SHIELD...try to install cracked version search it on youtube...also better to connect to either germany or UK When use it...Good Luck
