See if you can find the precise RAM model you have. Consider using something like HWiNFO. Depending on the motherboard and CPU there may be RAM compatibility issues. On that note it might be worthwhile checking what BIOS version you have.

I would also suggest you configure Windows to create crash dump files. You also check Event Viewer to see if you can find additional information about the crashes.
