Almost a year ago i've updated my hardwares with the exception of power supply. PSU had been going since 2013 and i had problems like random restarts and likewise 5 or 6 months ago. I upgraded to a newer PSU. Things were looking good without no restart but sometime later i had random freeze in games but it was so rare i disregarded, ignored it. Things are more dire right now. Higher cost games like COD Warzone proc in less than 2 min, but sometimes i can play all afternoon. Sometimes i can play DOTA or likewise games all day but eventually without exception every single one of them freezes.

Out of games i never get freezes or crashes. Lemme explain these freezes. It's always the same. Computer freeze while i'm in the middle of a game, i can move mouse cursor and hear sounds coming from computer. I can even talk through discord. But if try to ALT+TAB or CTRL+ALT+DEL i can't talk through discord or move the cursor anymore. I have to press power button for 3 seconds to reboot. Nothing else works at this point. The weird thing is my games are smooth until they freeze.

Specs:
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (x64) Build 19041.572 (2004/May 2020 Update)
HDD's: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250 GB(Everything is here, games and OS), 1Tb Hard drive used as storing setups and etc.
UEFI Boot: Present Original Processor Frequency: 3600.0 MHz
PSU: Cooler Master 230V 600W (WHITE)
Memory: 16 GB Dual Channel RAM Corsair Vengeance 3200 Mhz
Memory Speed: 1066.1 MHz (DDR4-2133 / PC4-17000) Memory Timings: 15-15-15-36 /// CR: 1T /// tRc: 51 tRFC: 374
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 590
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI X470 GAMING PRO (MS-7B79) BIOS Date: 06/11/2020 /// BIOS Version: 1.F0
My virtual memory is set to 24 GB if it's any worth of knowledge.

Things I've tried so far: I did clean OS installation. Tried reshuffling RAM's (tried 2 ram in each slots individually and dually, respecting 1-3, 2-4 rule) did memtest86 over night. no problem there. did windows mem diagnostic test. nothing. stress tested GPU and CPU. Normal heatings albeit a little bit high. Ran the games on lower resolutions or graphical settings. I get 70+ fps in games on high settings. Cant do ultra in big games like COD Warzone comfortably. Updating all the drivers mobo included.

Experiences: DOTA takes 4-5 hours, COD Warzone takes 1h. If i launch the game immediately after i reboot i get instant freeze. If i lower graphics and lower power settings to power saving mode i get extra 20 30 mins maybe 1 more hour.

I found out the problem. It was the GPU but it was about its software. Change GPU MHz in Radeon settings to -10. <Mod Edit> is unreal.
