Question Games and programs start, then immediately close with no error

This has been happening for the past couple days, but never before and I'm not sure as to whats going on.
Pretty much any game I've tried has launched to a black screen, then immediately closed without any error message.
Some programs do the same, like Spotify.
Some programs seem to be unaffected, like Chrome, Discord, Steam, Battle.net
My Radeon software opens fine, but if I try to install the latest drivers update, the install window opens then closes, cancelling the install.
I've tried sfc/scannow in CMD, but no faults were found. Same with dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
The problem does not seem to persist in Safe Mode
I've scoured the internet for a fix but I cant seem to find one, I'm truly at a loss.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

malware scan the system?

I experience the exact same issue since today. Malware scan found nothing,

I Have the same thing, in my case it seems to be logitech g hub that causes the problems.
Tried sfc/scannow and it closed down all related to ghub and all was fine, but as stupid as i am i did not uninstall it and now i am back to having the same issue.
It can not be uninstalled, due to everything closing it self.
