Question games and websites i cant access

I wanted to play on my gaming pc but when I go to play fortnite it does a blue circle then does not load and go too this website and each web browser I have but nothing I have to pc's I tried using a enterneth cable to do streaming but it does not work I tried reseting, reinstalling my games, and shutting down, and ect but nothing works. I got this pc for my birthday from a guy at firefox he was my uncle but just nothing please help ill give acets:

If you can't reach websites, you don't have an internet connection. Make sure cable is in properly at both ends, reboot router and modem, try another cable. You can also run the network troubleshooter in Windows and see what the issue is.

still does not work because everything is connected and I have a really really good EDUP its a good connecting signal, my pc says it have full wifi but still nothing. im 9 and im just starting to get good at coding, fixing, and others but I have never faced this problem ever in my life I use firefox and I typed in roblox but this is what it said
