Question Games are crashing after a few minutes

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
CPU Cooler: Cryorig h7 quad lumi
GPU: Gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 g1 6gb
mobo: AX-370GAMING-K5
RAM: TridentZ DDR4 3000mhz 2x8gb
PSU: Corsair RM750x

For some odd reason. my games are crashing frequently every 5 minutes or so. I have checked my softwares that are updated and stopped overclocking my gpu (no oc on my cpu). idk whats causing this.

By crash do you mean the games exit to desktop or that the entire system reboots? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

my game freezes and then there's an error that pops up. and yes the bios are updated
