Games are Crashing

Hello everyone,
Ive recently installed Windows 10 to my pc. Now, when I play a game it usally takes 20-30 minutes wether the game says that the files are damaged or missing and put in the lobby or titlescreen again or it crashes.
Latest Graphic Card drivers are installed, latest W10 version....Please help me I dont want to go to a random PC Guy who scams me and wants a lot of money.

(I dont know if this is helpful but sometimes my chrome crashes and the page couldnt be displayed. Before re-installing W10 I had the same Issue and one time my screen got blue and it crashed and said memory cache problem.)
Specs:
i5-7500
Geforce GTX 1050
12 GB RAM (1 4GB and 1 8GB Stick) I think thats the problem

Try running games with just 1 stick of RAM in (preferably the 8GB).

Such combinations are not guaranteed to be compatible together by memory manufacturers. A single kit is what is recommended. Memory is guaranteed in the form sold.

DDR4 2400 MHz and higher memory modules will only run at maximum of DDR4 2400 MHz due to Intel chipset limitation when using Kabylake CPU.

Memory for that motherboard:
DDR4-2133MHz for 6th Gen Skylake CPU
DDR4-2400MHz for 7th Gen Kabylake CPU
