games are lagging

I recently brought a laptop with 8 gb ram, nvidia geforce 940 mx 4gb graphics card. the laptop came with inbuilt windows 10 operating system. But , i removed windows 10 and installed LINUX and Windows 7 as dual boot OS's. i have installed all the necessary updated drivers and graphics drivers and then while i tried to play the game COUNTER STRIKE, the game is getting lagged. How to resolve this problem?
