Games are lagging.

hey guys, I have recently brought new PC with high ends specs, still games are lagging in my pc, dont know the reason, help me to play games as 60FPS.

My system specs
AMD FX-8350
NVidia GT710 2GB
16GB RAM.
ASUS M5A97 LE motherboard.

I'm playing Dying Light , even GPU is not high end still, still I can play games without lagging right.

Depends on the game. Dying Light is pretty intensive. Not surprised you're experiencing issues with that GPU (which is pretty weak). Also "lagging" is usually used to describe internet responsiveness, NOT frame-rate problems. So instead of "Games are lagging", a better descriptor would be "Games have a low frame-rate" or "low FPS in games".

If you're having frame-rate problems on the lowest settings and at a low resolution (BTW, have you tried lowering resolution, say to 1080x720?), you really need a stronger GPU to push those pixels.

yes, i tried 1080x720 and I can play well with this resolution, but during gameplay sometimes I face lagging issue even with this resolution.

NO.

NVidia makes several lines of card, all x10 thru x50 cards are for general use (like watching Youtube, reading email, etc.) with the x10 being the LOWEST PERFORMANCE. Any 'gaming card' starts at x60 thru x80, each being one level better than the last.

Secondly a AMD FX-8350 is NOT a "high end" system in 2017, in fact it was high end back in 2012-2013, but is 'on par' with a Intel i3 (entry level) CPU. So no you do NOT have a high end specs at all for a gaming PC. You will need to buy a serious GPU card (Nvidia 1060 6GB or better) to get performance out of it, but you will cap with the 2016+ AAA games as the FX-8350 will choke as compared to your 'friends' computer.
