Question Games are not smooth and fps drops

I have problem i got fps drops in games and games are not smooth i tried every thing that i could do ,chaning the 3D settings and disabling xbox dvr in windows ,disabling some things in bios and i still dont get smooth games like warzone above 120 fps its smooth when it goes under it that to be laggy like i get 90 fps or 100 but it feels like 50 or 30 and i tried also to reinstall fresh installtion of windows 10 and drivers but still same problem and i tried to turn off turbo boosting ,before upgrading to RTX i had GTX 1060 and every thing was ok .
i hope some one can find solution ty.

PC SPEC:
i7-9700k
RTX 2070 Super
32 RAM 2666 MHZ
MONITor :lg 24gl600f 144 HRZ

• have you check your psu?
• does your pc temp normal?
• does it has some damaged part?

• have you check your psu? Yes , i have sea sonic 750w titanium
• does your pc temp normal?Yes cpu doesn't go above 60 and gpu max is 74
• does it has some damaged part?no the PC is new

does your monitor can run in 60hz? maybe lowering the refresh rate can fix the lag

i tried nothing help ,but why i need to lower hz if i have 144 and it was working fine on 1060

Ok 2 things stand out. The cpu is not boosting at all and the RAM is rated for 3200mhz but running at 2666mhz.

Let’s focus on the cpu. What are the cpu temperatures when just at Windows desktop and when running userbenchmark?

Ok it is not thermal throttling then. I would try resetting the BIOS to default settings. If that does not work are you on the latest BIOS version?

When running userbenchmark is the boost now working? Can you run a new set of results for userbenchmark and share the link.
